Applications are invited from Indian citizens having Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University for rendering service as a Consultant in the office of the Assam Electricity Regulatory Commission on contractual basis for a period of one year.

Experience:
(i) Minimum work experience of 3 years.
(ii) Working Experience in Power Sector with strong computer literacy and skills.
(iii) Candidate should have working knowledge on Regulatory Affairs and Tariff Designing. Candidate should have familiarity with the commercial and operational aspects of the generation/ transmission/ distribution system. Candidate should have familiarity with the latest technological developments, planning and designing in generation/ transmission/ distribution system.
(iv) Person with Power Sector Experience in North Eastern States of India will be preferred.
Age as on 01.12.14: Below 30 years.
Compensation: Rs. 40,000/- per month.
The compensation amount may be enhanced depending on experience and suitability of the applicant.
